Payments for Memberships 2024
Volunteering is expected as part of you membership.
For example:
Open day, Market Day, Roadie for gig/event E.G. The end of semester performance (not playing), Cleaning and stocktaking the storeroom, Trivia night, Busking with a music society banner, Online marketing. Possibly other ways, as discussed with the committee.
Some of the benefits of being a member of UCM are substantial, in 2023 this totaled $9,800 worth of benefits to the society.
1. Each week at the Jam, paid members can pre-order a complimentary Domino's Pizza. this is done through the members chat on Facebook Messenger (No charge).
2. Paid members are not charged to Jam 6:00 to 9:00 PM on MONDAYS
3. Paid members also are not charged to be involved in the end of semester gig/performance normally at the basement in Belconnen.
4. Paid members are not charged to use the musical equipment at the Jams on MONDAYS 6-9 PM.
